I am a registered professional in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Life Coaching, NLP, Mindfulness, and meditation with two decades of experience as a teacher, mentor, and coach.  I use holistic approaches by integrating them to emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual areas of the self with a variety of therapies.  I use Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy consisting on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) methods in collaboration with Eastern psychological strategies such as mindfulness meditation.   I am passionate about empowering clients who range from couples, children, and adults to discover and access their own inner wisdom and healing capacity.  The aim is for the client to break free from destructive behaviours, patterns, emotions to enjoy a new and improved state of emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical health.

You can also expect dramatic life changes while working with me and my holistic approach because I focus on clients on a much deeper level than a traditional life coach.

This approach may be beneficial in the treatment of:
Relationship breakdown, anxiety, depression, concerns related to mood regulation, stress, trauma, and difficult life transitions.

You will be offered an initial consultation to discuss how we can work together. My offer to you is a unique approach where you can learn in a friendly and welcoming therapist.

I look forward to assisting you on your journey

Southend-on-Sea

I am an experienced BACP Accredited counsellor working using an integrative approach in private practice. Previously I have worked at Mind and Cruse Bereavement Care. My premises are based in Prittlewell, Southend and I provide counselling and psychotherapy on a face-to-face basis as well as online by using the platform Zoom and by telephone.

My main approaches I adopt are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Person Centred and Psychodynamic. I have specialist training in relationships, bereavement, anxiety, depression and addiction.

I know that the first contact can be the most difficult. I am here to offer a warm, compassionate, accepting environment to be supportive of you to help you to explore issues you may be finding difficult at the moment. Working towards goals and identifying thoughts, feelings and emotions you may be experiencing can illustrate cycles and patterns in your life. Breaking away from unhelpful or destructive cycles can help towards increasing your resilience and an improved state of emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.

The first session is an initial consultation to discuss how we can work together, and what you hope to expect from the sessions. I offer a friendly and non-judgemental approach to help you understand and to be able to move towards the direction you want to go in. I look forward to meeting you.
